We had the best night yet last night with the twins. They actually slept and woke up and ate and quickly went back to bed, unlike previous nights when they wanted to stay up and look at mommy and daddy sleep. Mike and I had a date night and went out to eat, it was nice to know that our meal would not be interrupted by one of our children. Ava has to go have a hip US tomorrow because she was breech in utero and the peds office standard of practice is to do this, her hip exam is OK. They must not know what a production it is to drive to WakeMed with two 6 week old girls and a 3 year old. My mom is going with me, it should be adventure.
